SIMON MORRIS Director & Owner

Simon has over 25 years of experience in the design, administration and project management of projects throughout the North West and beyond. Simon Started his career with Local Authority gaining a wealth of experience within the Architects department after which he worked at PJ Livesey. Gaining experience in all of the major industry sectors Simon has successfully delivered projects ranging from the smallest of domestic extensions to large scale education/leisure project to Renovations and Refurbishments of Grade 1 listed buildings.Since a very early point in his career Simon has acted as lead designer, lead consultant and project manager on the vast majority of the schemes he has delivered.

Simon attended and gained his academic qualifications at North Cheshire College and Newcastle Upon Tyne Polytechnic, after which he gained Chartered Status of CIAT and CABE. Simon enjoys the whole design process taking pride in his ability to apply his knowledge and flair in delivering projects to his clients. Simons personal goal is to learn something new every day. This is not simply a job of work to Simon, he takes an outside interest in the industry and is always striving to extend his knowledge. In his spare time Simon enjoys nothing more than a walk on the lakeland fells or listening to his vast collection of records and hunting out that elusive single that everybody has on their wants list.

deluxeArchitecture draw upon the experience of our Technical staff, all of whom are fully qualified in their field. The success of any scheme is based upon the ability to actually build out a design. We pride ourselves on delivering designs that do not rely purely on their concept. All our schemes can be delivered on site.
