Ludlow Refurbishment of Grade II listed house in Broad Street conservation area.
Whole house refurbishment and extension of a listed building dating back to the 15th Century. The refurbishment included a large oak frame extension to the rear of the property. The scheme won the Ludlow Heritage award for a residential extension.

The scheme was designed by the Fallows Gowen Partnership. deluxe Architecture were appointed to provide contract administration duties and ensure the delivery of the project to the client.
Davenport New contemporary dwelling.
An inﬁll property situated within the Cale Green conservation area, the design posed a number of problems which in close liaison with the planning department, were overcome. The property, contemporary in its design, achieved planning and will be completed soon.
Poole Replacement dwelling.
Situated in the exclusive Branksome Park area of Poole, deluxeArchitecture were successful in achieving detailed planning for a replacement dwelling over 3 ﬂoors totalling 14500sqft
Strines Replacement dwelling.
Situated in the green belt of High Peak, deluxeArchitecture entered extensive consultation with the local authority resulting in the successful approval of a 7500sqft replacement dwelling. due to go to site early 2015
East Cheshire Restoration and Extension of Grade II Listed regency gentlemans residence.
deluxe Architecture were appointed to procure the restoration and extension of a Grade II listed regency country house. The project is currently on site.
Stockton Heath Contemporary addition
Affectionately known as the origami project, this project is definitely thinking outside of the box. The contemporary addition to a Victorian dwelling is due to go to planning. It includes cinema room, basement swim jet and outdoor kitchen.
Berkshire Replacement dwelling, Tidmarsh
deluxeArchitecture were appointed to produce a planning scheme for the replacement of a modern dormer bungalow with a replacement dwelling of around 7500sqft. The design being traditional the scheme is now awaiting submission for consideration under planning.

An existing victorian residence of some note, the scheme to extend the property has been carefully and sympathetically designed, traditional with a hint of contemporary being the brief from our client.

Conversion of existing outbuildings to provide a private and contemporary leisure and entertaining suite including pool, Hammam, changing rooms, cinema room and relaxation areas. The deluxeArchitecture scheme extends beyond the confines of the existing builidng providing external spaces for entertainment and catering a full outdoor kitchen with traditional pizza oven will be provided.
Wilmslow New dwelling
An interesting project, the like of which, does not present itself on a regular basis. We are currently working on the planning application for a new dwelling, contemporary in style and designed to passivhaus standards. Although we are experienced in designing with green credentials in mind; This project has enabled us to extend our knowledge as a practice with teh ultimate goal of achieving passivhaus accreditation.

It is not too big a statement to say that the team working on this project are creating history, a legacy that is testament to the vision of our client. The project is currently on site.
Whitley Refurbishment of Grade II listed farmhouse
One of our smaller projects, the scheme involves the simple and sympathetic refurbishment of a grade II listed farmhouse. the aim being to rationalise the existing accommodation to present itself for modern family living.
Tarporley Residential Conversion within the curtilageof Grade II listed Manor house
A politically sensitive scheme to convert an existing outbuilding. The intention to provide residential accommodation within the curtilage of a listed building. The property is also designated as being within the open countryside. We have been working on this project for nearly 12 Months, the light at the end of the planning tunnel is now visible.
Alderley Edge Remodelling of existing Modern detached house.
Working closely with our client, the brief was to take the existing property and turn it into a modern and saleable house suitable for the modern family. Having achieved this we are now awaiting approval from the planning department before starting on site early 2015.
Stockton Heath New dwelling
Situated on an exclusive road in Stockton Heath deluxeArchitecture are currently working on the design for a new 4 bed dwelling in the grounds of a substantial family home.
Middle East Mixed use development
Over the years we have been working closely with our client to develop a modular schemes that will suit many different uses. We are currently working closely with him to procure the completion of two projects. The first being a low rise residential block in a densely populated area of one of the major cities in the middle east, the second being a 20 storey mixed use development which will accommodate retail, leisure and commercial facilities. We will continue to work with our client to procure schemes throughout the world based upon the original scheme principles.
West Pennines Tea room and function suite.
deluxeArchitecture are currently working upon a scheme to develop buildings within the curtilage of an existing retail outlet. We will provide our client with a dual height space to accommodate an extension to the existing tea rooms that can be utilised further as a private function suite.
York Office Refurbishment
As a part of the ongoing refurbishment of the Anaplan offices in York deluxeArchitecture were appointed to provide Interior design and space planning services providing Anaplan with an economically designed open plan offioce space with full specification for its implementation.
Winwick, Warrington Development of 5 properties
A scheme of 5 individual houses for local developer Lowton developments. The scheme for 5 properties of around 3000sqft each was submitted for approval to the planning department before the vendor withdrew sale of the land.

Lymm New private nursery facilities
Situated in Lymm Cheshire, this scheme was completed using a log cabin which was supplied in kit form. A highly successful project this scheme continues to provide high quality accommodation for our client.
Wilmslow Day nursery
Situated within the grounds of Wilmslow Preparatory school for girls, we were appointed by a partner company to provide full design and contract administration services.
The existing art block situated to the rear of the school was given over for developement as a private day nursery. We successfully designed and delivered the scheme on time and to budget.
Preston Reception Class extension
Situated at Longsands PrImary School in Fulwood, we successfully designed and delivered the project to extend and refurbish the reception classroom at the school. The scheme was delivered on to me and to budget.
Chester New reception and entrance hall
Employed as a consultant we were responsible for the design of the new reception area at Upton by Chester High School up to and including the issue of construction drawings. The scheme is now complete.
Winsford New ﬁre training centre
